site, i realised i have conserved quite alot of energy lately.
you know when you are being a typical singaporean and slipping into the mistake of franglais when you....
wrote "le courage
of chercher" instead of "le courage
de chercher" in your homework.
spelt recipe as récipé
mon francais professeur est un homme amusant.
he was teaching us the phrase "l'envie de...." which means "the desire/feeling of....."
then he asked "but when a kid goes 'j'ai l'envie! j'ai l'envie! j'ai l'envie!'
, what does it mean?" in a mock kiddy voice, we literally burst out laughing.
my korean tutor told us to write at least 10 diary entries and send to her email by the end of this course, that gives me about 38 days to churn out 10. so thats about 3 days for one entry. but typing is tortuous. not to mention, past tense, sentence structure and how we tend to repeat ourselves since our lives have boring-ised.
i'm swimming in my science modules. and we all know how good a swimmer i am.
and i wish i have the ability to control myself from strangling my lab partner nor snap at him.
