went out with shimmie and argonhead on sat night. its very crowded! been so long since we went shopping together. kind of missed it. :D

so its cny. i used to be bored by it and even dread it, until i spent mine lonesomely last year. today, i still went through the same motions as in the past. it's still boring. but it feels different now. i took comfort instead in the familiarity, of stoning and pigging out. and people watch. :D but it feels good, to just chill and relax.

at paternal side today..
one of my aunts: what sport are you in now?
me: huh?!
*points at my face* you look really sporty and sunny!
errrrr. oh i know! aunty, i think i got my tan from running after the bus every few days.
my mom: oh! she took up the sport called "travelling"
my aunt got confused by us.

at maternal side today..
some uncle: hello. you are in sec what now ar?
me: huh?!
lemmi guess. sec 2.
no. im in uni. year 3.
WHAT? you are SO short.
sir. its because im sitting down and you are standing up.
no. i think you are malnutritioned.

my brother wonders how i can be sporty and malnutritioned at the same time. i told him, female canoeists generally look like that. i dont even know how to swim.

i realise, i suddenly have alot of new nephews and nieces. and i have fallen in love with my 表外甥junjie and 表侄女 yuheng. today's our first actual proper meeting.
i was sitting on the sofa, and the phone was next to me. junjie called yuheng like 5 times in half an hour, and chatted like they are in a relationship. super sweet and cute.
then i couldnt stand it any longer. hello! how old are you?
junjie: primary *sticks up his index finger*
so you are 7 yrs old!
*nods warily at this strange silly woman* then proceeds to call yuheng "表姐, 这里有很多人! 我旁边有一个奇怪的人."
omg. heartbreak.

10 minutes later, i tried again.
do you like school?
nods warily
have you made alot of friends in school?
nods warily
do you call them like the way you call 表姐?
shakes head.
omg. heartbreak.

5minutes later, he called yuheng again. "表姐!!!" then passes the phone to me.
i held the phone and panicked.
then he pushed at my hand "SAY HELLO!!"
HELLO!!!
then yuheng on the other end "你是谁?"

你很老吗?
omg. heartbreak.

anyway junjie started to warm up to me, and lean against me when he calls yuheng.
then he started to ask me questions. in a very charming cute voice.
我在10月出生。你 lehs?
我也是!
我 17 号
OMG. 我也是!!
then we were super happy liaos. and chatter like two little children. never mind the exact 15 years' difference between us.
he even got his mom, my 表姐, to take a photo of me and him. ARRRR! i forgot to get the photo from her. haha. super cute.

junjie: 我应该叫你什么?
表姨
orh ok.
5 minutes later,
我应该叫你什么?
表姨
10 seconds later.
表..... 什么 arrr?
表姨
and this repeated for the rest of the hour, while we played monopoly junior.

ya im a paedophile. especially when its my 表外甥 who's exactly 15 years my junior. he reminds me of my son in vietnam. children are so simple.
