just got back from pri sch cls gathering. i kept trying to think of ways to small talk. at some point in time, i can literally see the girls group, and the boys group, and because i dont particularly belong to any of the group [no im not having a gender mixed up] me and another girl were actually at the interface of the two groups [reminds me of oil and water interface]. but nearing the end, the distinction gets alittle blurer. and it helps that the other girl feels left out too, so erms, we just got to know each other alot better.
facebook is just amazing. its what got this outing today started in the first place. one add one, ten add ten. create facebook event. confirmed guests. TADA!
and we settled another date for the next outing.
lectures so far have been ok. i was very worried on monday. but i made a new friend, who's an exchange student from china. :D
tuesday was really interesting!
the first lecture was cardio, and the lecturer was an exercise physiologist. but he brought up more interesting things, like the idea of mind over body, an important point that he brought up was, do u realise that athletes/runners are very disciplined? -- they collapsed at the end. not in the middle.
french tutor was very cute! bienvenus au cours le francais!
then finally end off with stats. hes a fos [no it doesnt mean faculty of science. play around with the acronym] lecturer. we need to use some pw to log in to dl lecture notes and tutorial questions. he gave us the first 3 digits. then said, the 4th digit is a lucky no. and the chinese should be getting it first. i was like -_________-"
im having my 8pm day every fridays. ARGH! its ok. french rox.
