because i have procrastinated too much, i started my studying for this module biology of ageing on sunday..HAHA.. and because i have no motivation, i try to do all sorta rubbish but studying..
and that explains my studying till 6am this morning.. which is not good..
because this means i'm messing up my circadian rhythm and therefore ageing myself [applying what i learn] and then i realise i would therefore have advanced neuronal atrophy, which may explain my craziness in the middle of the night laughing over my notes.. of course, i may need to check myself in to find out if i have excessive neurofibrillary tangles of tau proteins, neuritic plaques of amyloid beta protein, hypoperfusion and therefore excessive brain mass loss to find out if i have Alzheimer's Disease, which can be enhanced by my late sleeping, and eating too much Advanced Glycosylated End-products, such as the really really dark chicken drumstick stew which i had for dinner, and potato chips and chocolates for snacks.
but one may argue that antioxidants present in the dark soya sauce and the chocolate and counteract the AGEs effect on ageing, and therefore i am not ageing too fast..
now i'm going to change job. i'm suspending my occupation as a student, and going to be maria and buy groceries. for myself. and tobias. then i will cook. for myself. mel. and tobias. wonder what AGEs i should throw in..
Lecturers should remember that the capacity of the mind to absorb is limited to what the seat can endure.
