lixiang: alamaks i need to try shouheng's cooking too! [shouheng pls dont cook pasta only] and perhaps after a day of my veggie rice and chicken drumsticks, he will surrender and say "sok! i will cook!!" but then again, i can cook desserts like green bean soup which i must say is really good! HAHAHAHA..though i didnt cook it, its raquel who cooked it..MWAHAHAHA.. AND! lixiang ar, alcohol this kind of thing, cant help u liaos..its not as if your alcohol capacity can exchange with mine..HAHA..

jo: i dunno about solar eclipse..i'm an astrology idiot..lets all meet up in august just to watch the solar eclipse, and giggle our heads off [or maybe i giggle my head off] ERPS..

zhiyong! my goodness! how do u tink i will look like when i drink alcohol extensively? and i haven try, so far the most alcohol i have drank in london, is that 50ml of kahlua in the jazz pub jf brought me and lucas to..so yea..KAHLUA yea? 50ml..i dont even know shouheng got what in his stash, maybe he had turned into a model student and there's no alcohol for me, not to even say lixiang..HEEHEE..

29th feb friday

i woke late, slacked around until i had to leave the house and meet up with chian hui and amanda.. brought them to queen's theatre to attempt booking les miserables tickets, but they decided watching caberet in the end when the tickets are not very favourable..but they found caberet nice after watching it.. didnt join them for the musical though..hee..

brought them to leicester sq before the musical..they were rather happy, since there isnt much of a chinatown in sweden, i bought egg noodles [so i will cook lesser instant noodles], yeo's garlic chili sauce, and chinese vegetables [dunno what's the name, but i THINK its baicai]..absolutely love the chili sauce..i'm so going to cook my oven chips and dip them in the chili sauce..YUM..haha..

01 march sat

chian hui's birthday! was supposed to meet them near the guy's campus, because i thought there's a shuttle bus that i usually take to school..BUT! shuttle bus doesnt operate in the weekends! and i was lazy [been really lazy recently] anyway, i kinda called/smsed them to meet me at waterloo area, waited for like 45minutes in the cold [i seriously wanted to curse and swear] met melissa while waiting, and she pointed out the fact that i could easily wait in the lobby of her residence since its just next to the busstop which i had been waiting at.. i think i lost my brain somewhere along the way when i was getting to the busstop :s
















had a nice chinese lunch [egg noodles with oyster sauce and garlic chili sauce/ketchup, and roast chicken and the chinese veggies in oyster sauce at my place] meant to be a birthday lunch for chian hui..see i so nice! HAHAHAHAHA..then we headed over to trafalgar square, see those statues, find them too high to climb up to take an adventurous photo so we just stand around below the lions and took photos..

passed by this football shop, i wonder if shouheng will be interested in that shop ehs? bought toffee apple near the shop [i find the sweet alittle more interesting..hee..], toffee apple is some kinda caramel or sth hardened around the apple..then we walked to covent garden, and on the way we saw this really pretty shop that sells really cute mini pastries! went in, and rested abit..
each of us got a meringue [really nice and fluffy and not too sweet! i'm the greedy one who got one extra pastry/biscuit than the other two girls]
















got cookies at ben's cookies in covent garden, been hearing stories about how the cookies are really nice, and we as singaporeans, queued up wherever there's queues..so yea there's quite a queue and it smells too good to be true so we queued up..buy 5 cookies get two free, but those 5cookies cost 6.99 pounds already -__-

took a bus to oxford circus, walked to this crazy cheap clothes/departmental store [primark], since the two girls wanted shopping..wo de tian..its super crowded! i couldnt tarhan the crowd man, kept flocking towards areas where there's lesser women..oh i was tempted to buy these really comfy looking shoes that i can wear in my room..but i thought for too long liaos, and the queue is crazy, so decided get it another day, like errr..one fine day..

by that time it was alr 6pm, but 3 mad women decided to visit chelsea football club/stadium at fulham broadway..and off we took the tube, head down the irritating tube network [with lotsa lines closures, and therefore lotsa detours] and finally reached the place at like 7pm..and 3 crazy women took lotsa crazy pictures in the almost empty and dark compound..

then we head to westminster, hoping to eat the chinese buffet [yea we were that hungry that we decided to go for the 6.99 pounds chinese buffet along the river] BUT! the place was closed already..so we settled for the next nearest food place and each had a bowl of ramen and like one or two gyoza for like 8+pounds..can u feel my heart pain from spending?

got back really tired, and just alittle [an understatement] unhappy with planning the salisbury and bath trip, and then watched a movie in raquel's room with tobias too! its called 'the holiday' its a xmas film, but its very nice! heartwarming and funny, kind of lifts one's moods up..

02 March Sunday

went to flower market again! this time with raquel, and we went much earlier, so there's ALOT of flowers to see, and of course, ALOT of people..its the UK mothers' day on 2nd march, so alot of ppl are buying flowers for their mama, or mama figures..

its really funny cuz there's so many people, while we were kinda pushing our way through, there's this woman holding on to her flowers and muttering really loudly "if anyone is squashing my flowers, i will be squashing their faces" what poetry on a nice sunday..haha..it rhymes and it has alliteration! but seriously i started chuckling..

got myself a pot of gerbera..another pot of flowers! looks so cheery that i keep smiling to myself on the way back..HEEHEE..















went to jf's place to get book, and dinner..i must conclude..as a gardener, jf, u cmi!! HEEHEEHEE.. his daffodils are wilting! and the leaves all turned yellow cuz of lack of sunlight, and they look so thirsty for water :(

cuz i went back quite late, decided to change and took a bus which stops right at my doorstep..while waiting for the bus, this black approached me and asked me if i am chinese..since theres quite a number of people waiting, and picadilly circus is still so brightly lit, i decided to just have a convo with him, he asked me to teach him alittle chinese..quite cute the way he pronounced those chinese words..happens that he took the same bus as me too, so on the bus i was telling him how to say 'the weather is fine' in chinese, but he couldnt pronounce tian1 qi4..it sounded like pian2 shit..like literally..i so wanted to laugh..BLEHS! haha..but in the end, he asked me to teach him how to say 'u are a good teacher' in chinese..i'm so amused..

03 march monday

found out that my cheese is disappearing at a faster rate than both me and raquel eating it..THERE'S A CHEESE THIEF! where's that rat!? no pun intended..

super long day at prac, quite shitty, since my lab partner was late, and left early [like 3-4 hrs early cuz she said she got a freaking dental appointment (i add the freaking myself) ] and the lab results was shitty, and there were so much waiting to do, i feel my hair turning white already..it just frustrates me that when its pair work, i'm the one worrying about the results and procedures while my partner goes lalalalala..when she asks me how i'm doing my work and the scanning of pictures and what those procedures mean, i'm so going to smoke her..HAHAHA..karma karma..i shall see how my mood is then..oh, and i think that guy who keeps bugging her is freaking having a crush on her..

oh and i discovered some people can be quite dense, like this guy in my lab didnt realise there's a couple in the lab class..like i freaking notice in the first week that boy and that girl are freaking in a relationship, cuz they are almost sitting on each other's laps already..anyway i was complaining to the guy "that couple play cheat! they cut the queue! should be our turn!" then he said "THEY ARE A COUPLE?!?!"

i gave in liaos..booked the bath and salisbury trip, booked the accommodation at salisbury..in case people who dunno..salisbury, there's stonehenge! :) bath there's nice sceneries and its where jane austen wrote lotsa books..

and i booked the return journey to germany!!

i feel so broke now..
