friday 8th feb

i was a good student, read up on journal articles (i could have read them ages ago but i...errr..procrastinated) because essay is due on 12th and i dont have time on 11th to do last minute essay chionging so i have to chiong over the weekend..but i gave up half way and went to knock on raquel's door..HAHA..so off we walked down embankment, in which we admire the view of westminster, the big ben, houses of parliament and london eye..it was a very very nice day! the temperature was just right and it was sunny! walk down strand then we walked to chinatown, stopping every now and then to look at little things..i saw the disney shop at covent garden le! its very small :( i think the other disney shop should be bigger..

i bought tapioca flour and green beans..very happy..so now i can make kueh bangkit, then make green bean soup le!! anyway i couldnt resist, so i bought a polo bun and munch on it on the way back home..heehee..was hungry anyway..

waited for jf to come over, then we head out for dinner..went to wetherspoon, under the recommendation of raquel as there's very nice choc fudge cake at wetherspoon, but i was full after the main course -__-" i think i must go specially next time just for the fudge cake and not go there for a full meal, unless i'm starving..

ended my day playing nintendo ds..HEEHEE..

horror of horrors! got woken up really rudely by fire alarm..my goodness la..first time i heard the fire alarm first hand, cuz the last two fire alarms i was lucky enough to return only after the alarm has sounded..AND FREAK..was woken up at 3am..stumbled out of my room barefooted somemore and then have to return to wear my slippers [first mistake] then left the room again without a coat [second mistake]..haha..raquel was like !!! you need a coat! haha..then she tug off one coat handed over to me and we stumbled out of the building..once outside, my toes start to freeze..and then both me and raquel started to shiver liao..haha..i was only wearing a shirt and trackpants to sleep la..i think if i dont have the coat from raquel i can turn into ice le -__- she's so nice right :) when we were allowed back in, everyone seriously just RUSHED in..haha..

anyway for some reason, the fire alarm cant be reset. that means that just for the night if there's a real, confirmed fire, there wont be any alarm, since they will come and repair/reset it at a less obscene time in the day..so the fireman was like "people if u see any sign of a blaze please knock on your neighbours' doors and wake them up real loudly" haha..people were like "right." then walked past him..HAHAHA..

so this morning i woke at quite a late time! haha.. and had been conscientiously doing my essay [right.] i'm at 600words..at least another 1400words to go!!!! RARRRR..i'm hungry again..i just ate my dinner only -__-
