i have a crazy urge to laugh madly..
so i was saying about the test today, friday, about the chemistry module with a lecturer who's very very proud of chemistry and being a chemist, pointing to us how out of 4 major individuals involved in the human genome project, there's two who held degrees in chemistry and how so everything boils down to chemistry..
and i predicted a qn "how important is chemistry in the past, present and future?"
today's 4 SHORT-ANSWER questions:
1. Explain how chemistry and chemicals are important to the world's economy.
2. The 20th century is also referred to as the "hydrocarbon" century. Explain.
3. Give 3 examples of risk-taking you come into contact in your daily life.
4. Cross-linked polymers cannot flow easily. Explain.
Well..I laughed like crazy when i saw the questions..HAHAHA..the first looks much like my predicted question..All 4 looks like GP questions. Open book didnt help much, thankfully i didn't study, else it will be a waste of time. and the answers for the 4 questions must keep to one PAGE, not one sheet..my words became tinny and squeezed together..the 3rd question is the most amusing, i feel like saying " i took risk when i crossed the road to get to the LT for my test" or yiting's best answer "peristalsis may stop working when i'm eating, and i may choke to death" HAHAHAHA..but knowing the lecturer's passion towards his choice of study, we picked 3 risky chemical compounds..
wheee...tests over!!!
